It is a product that has been refined and concentrated from magnesium hydroxide slurry, dehydrated, dried, calcined, shaped, and then subjected to high-temperature firing (over 1800°C) in a rotary kiln.
Based on our unique seawater treatment technology, we successfully manufactured the "seawater magnesia clinker" for the first time in post-war Japan, and we have now become the only manufacturer in the country. It is used in basic refractory raw materials, as well as in building materials and welding rod materials.
【Examples of Uses】
Basic refractory brick raw materials (magnesia bricks, spinel brick raw materials, etc.),
Unformed refractory raw materials (stamping materials for electric furnaces, spraying materials, etc.),
Electro-fused magnesia raw materials,
Synthetic spinel raw materials, welding rod raw materials,
Building materials raw materials.
